We collaborated with Kristine Hanna from Paper Doll Miniatures to bring you this dollhouse kit, and we couldn’t be more excited about it!
The Brentwood’s transitional style means it blends both traditional and contemporary elements. The extra-large windows are portioned into traditional panes, and the arches make a statement from the exterior portico through to the interior doorways. Parts are made of smooth 3/8” MDF, making the house sturdy and easy to finish. Wall and floor guides make assembly intuitive; detailed instructions are included.
Unique features of this unfinished kit include:- 8+ possible room combinations, including a walk-in closet with double doors (optional)
- 10"H ceilings on lower floors provide maximum visibility (and make it easier to take photos!)
- Full-size attic rooms with 9” ceilings
- Back is open; side access panel provides additional access
- Custom windows allow for lots of natural light
- Custom modern staircases with contemporary railings
- Custom doors, including a double front door (with optional included portico and steps) and two panel interior doors

“The Brentwood dollhouse is inspired by the transitional homes of the Southeastern USA. I was particularly drawn to the neighborhoods within Brentwood, TN, with their all-brick exteriors and multi-pane windows.
