The “Fine Print”

  1. Your product subtotal must be $35 or more after any discounts or promotions are applied to the items. If your product total falls below $35, Ground Shipping will cost $7.95 plus any applicable sales tax.
    Please Note: Any sales tax applied to your purchase does not count towards the $35 minimum.
  2. Your address must be located within the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, or the US Virgin Islands to qualify for this offer.
  3. Orders containing oversized items like dollhouse kits, turntables, and room boxes cannot ship to PO Boxes.
  4. Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We are unable to assign a specific carrier for your address.
  5. Orders placed on major holidays, as well as those containing dollhouse kits, additions, and turntables shipped by Real Good Toys will ship the next business day, even if they are placed before 12:00PM Eastern Monday – Friday.

Clearance

Here you will find a variety of dollhouse items with exceptionally low prices exclusive to miniatures.com. All of the items are closeouts and once they sell out, they are gone for good. Discounts will vary and we change products frequently, so keep checking our Clearance page. And if you find a special dollhouse item that is so reasonably priced that you can't pass it up, buy it today, because you may never again see it again—especially at the discounted price!

Please note that Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive a damaged or defective Clearance item, please contact us and we will happily replace it for you if it is still available.
