Standard Shipping

Delivery is typically by the US Postal Service, but based on the delivery location may be by FedEx or UPS Ground Service. Delivery time (depending on your location) is usually three to five business days from the day it leaves our warehouse.

Shipping charges for orders (shipping to any of the 50 United States) are:
Net* Order $99.99 and under - $7.95
Net* Order $100.00 - $199.99 - $11.95
Net* Order $200.00 - $299.99 - $14.95
Net* Order $300.00 and over ships FREE

* Net refers to the merchandise total after any coupons, discounts or special offers are deducted and before any sales tax and/or shipping charges (if applicable) are added.

Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands:
Follow our standard shipping charges. Additional charges will apply to each dollhouse, room box or oversized item-please contact Customer Service.

Air Shipping

Please contact customer service at 800-926-6464 for information regarding expedited air delivery. 

Canadian Shipping

Orders being shipped to Canada will ship via ground service unless otherwise requested by you (please call Customer Service or email us for air delivery options).Shipping charge for orders under $99.99 is $17.95, orders between $100.00 and $199.99 is $21.95, orders between $200.00 and $299.99 is $24.95 and orders over $300.00 is $16.95. We must have a street address, postal code and daytime phone number of addressee. We are not responsible for local import duties, brokerage fees or taxes.

International Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Return Policy

At, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply follow the return process on this page within 30 days of the invoice date. We will gladly refund the merchandise cost to the original form of payment.

If you changed your mind, do not want, or no longer need the product ordered, please read the information below:

  • The return must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
  • Items sold in sets must be returned in their entirety.
  • Items shipped from Real Good Toys are to be returned to Real Good Toys, not to us. We'll provide their shipping address and an RMA number when you contact us. 
  • If you placed your order by phone, please contact us at 800.926.6464 or email us at and we will walk you through the return process.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
  • Returned items must be in the original, unopened package.
  • Original and Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Submitting a Return Request

  • Log into your account on our website.
  • Locate the order you wish to return and click the Return Items link.
  • Note that you will not be able to submit a return request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded.
  • Select the item(s) that you wish to return and specify the Quantity to Return, Return Reason and the Return Action. You may also leave a comment during this step.
  • Submit the Return Request and you will see the Return Instructions to ship the item(s) back to us.
  • You will receive a confirmation email.
  • Within one business day you will receive another email with the RMA number to include on the box.
