Product Description
This complete 1/48 scale unfinished, unassembled dollhouse kit has plenty of country charm.
It offers a couple of finishing choices: it comes with an optional chimney and fireplace and optional board and batten for the peaks. It also provides some finishing choice for the interior, including an additional wall for the first floor and several wood-etched wall choices.
Everything needed to completely finish the interior and exterior as shown is included. You just supply paint, glue and basic craft supplies; it can be completed in a weekend.
Kit includes:
- Structural pieces laser-cut from 1/8" baltic birch
- Base, two floors that are etched to resemble hardwood flooring, roof pieces and chimney
- For the exterior: pre-cut siding, pre-cut brick, corner trim, gingerbread trim, posts, fence, shingles, and steps
- For the interior: wallpaper, baseboards, cove moulding, and wall and floor trims
- Staircase, fireplace, full kitchen with upper and lower cabinets as well as refrigerator, sink, table and chairs
- Landscaping items include grass, bushes, vines, foliage for window boxes, soil, rocks and floral material
