Product Description
This complete 1/48 scale unfinished, unassembled dollhouse kit is designed to hang on a wall or sit on a shelf. It is hinged to open (the latch is on the side) for decorating and notched for hanging, if desired (hardware is not included).
Special details of this house include lots of gingerbread trim, exterior doors accented with oval insets, authentic fishscale shingles, and a balcony on the second floor.
Everything needed to completely finish the interior and exterior is included. You just supply paint, glue and other basic craft supplies; it can be completed in a weekend.
Kit includes:
- Structural pieces of laser-cut 1/8" birch plywood
- Exterior walls grooved for floors to slide in
- Corners of walls and roof pieces are tabbed and notched for easy assembly
- For the exterior: parts for doors, pre-cut siding, corner trims, railings, shutters, shingles, porch steps and more
- For the interior: floors that are etched to resemble hardwood, wallpaper, cove moulding, and baseboards
- Base and felt for the bottom of the base
- Landscaping materials: grass, bushes, foliage for the window boxes, and vines
- Detailed, illustrated instructions
