We are thrilled to have partnered a second time with Adam Koch of Dollhouse Therapy to bring you another unique property. Spring Run was inspired by grand historic farmhouses yet designed for modern living. Its timeless architectural design can become traditional, modern or next in design – whatever is your mini style! This unfinished kit has structural parts made of sturdy MDF; trim and detailing parts are whitewood. All windows and doors are included, as are shutters, two interior staircases, front porch steps and pergola and trim/railings. Detailed, illustrated instructions are also included.
