Garden flowers were “planted” into holes in brown Fun Felt and the wires bent and secured underneath with masking tape. Fun Felt is a very stiff felt sheet that can be purchased at craft stores. The finished “garden” was adhered to the porch base with double-faced tape, so the plantings can change with the seasons.
