Delivery
Delivery is typically by the US Postal Service, but based on the delivery location may be by FedEx or UPS Ground Service. Delivery time (depending on your location) is usually three to five business days from the day it leaves our warehouse.
Shipping charges for orders (shipping to any of the 50 United States) are:
Net* Order $100.00 and under - $6.95
Net* Order $100.01 - $199.99 - $9.95
Net* Order $200.00 and over ships FREE
*Net refers to the merchandise total after any coupons, discounts, special offers or bonus dollars are deducted and before any sales tax and/or shipping charges (if applicable) are added.
Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands:

Two Business Day Air Deliveries
Additional charges will apply to Two Business Day Air containing a dollhouse, room box or other oversized item. We will email you for approval of the additional cost.
We offer Two Business Day Air delivery within the 48 states for $29.95. If you place your order after 1:30 p.m. (ET) Monday - Friday, it is too late to be shipped that day and will be shipped on the next business day. Delivery by 8:00 p.m. is guaranteed from the day your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery services will not deliver on weekends or holidays without prior arrangements and additional fees. Orders shipped on Thursday will arrive on Monday; orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Tuesday. If you have special delivery requirements, please send us an email or call Customer Service at 1.800.926.6464, Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (ET) excluding holidays. Two Business Day Air deliveries can only be sent to a street address. The recipient’s phone number is required.
Canadian Shipments
Additional charges will apply to Canadian orders containing a dollhouse, room box or other oversized item. We will email you for approval of the additional cost.
Orders being shipped to Canada will ship via ground service unless otherwise requested by you (please call Customer Service or email us for air delivery options). The shipping charge for orders under $100.00 is $16.95, orders between $100.00 and $200.00 is $19.95 and orders over $200.00 is $15.00. We must have a street address, postal code and daytime phone number of addressee. We cannot be held responsible for local import duties, brokerage fees or taxes.
International Shipments
Orders being shipped to any destination outside the 48 contiguous United States (except Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico the US Virgin Islands and Canada) will be charged the exact cost of shipping. This charge is based on the size and weight of packed boxes that make up each order and, therefore, is determined on a per order basis. Note: It is impossible to obtain a 100% accurate estimate of shipping costs until such time as the order has been packaged for delivery. Any shipping cost "estimate" provided to a customer by miniatures.com should be taken as an ESTIMATE ONLY, and not an exact QUOTE. Final delivery charges may vary. We are not responsible for local import duties, brokerage fees or taxes. We must have a street address, postal code and daytime phone number of addressee in order to ship.
