US Shipping:
Free Shipping on US orders over $35.00
Shipping prices on orders under $35.00 range from $3.99 - $5.99 depending on the size. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Most orders are sent using the US Postal System via Ground Advantage with some larger orders being sent by UPS. Arrival times vary by location but generally run from 3 – 8 days from the time you place the order.
International Shipping:
Prices will vary on destination and size of order. Tracking is provided where the US Postal System has it in place. Arrival time for international orders range from 10 – 30 days depending on location.
Please note that we do not collect taxes or duties on international shipments at the point of sale. You may be responsible for these payments to the authorities in your country when the package arrives.
Returns and Refunds
Miniatures.com wants you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from us and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly provide you with a refund under the following conditions:
- Please provide:
- Your full name
- Item(s) that you want returned
- Reason for your return
- Item is returned within 30 days of the receipt date
- Item must be in original condition with original packaging
- Return shipping is paid by the customer
- Clearance and Sales Items are not returnable
Damaged Returns
We strive to ensure your package arrives to you safe and intact. Occasionally however, you may receive a product that has been damaged during shipping or production. In such cases we will make every effort to obtain you a replacement as quickly as possible, at no cost to you. You will be asked to return the damaged item with a postage paid return label.
