Shipping Delays impacted by Hurricane Helene
USPS: Hurricane Helene, flooding, and severe weather events in the Southeastern U.S. (FL, GA, SC, NC, AL, TN, KY, and VA) may impact the processing, transportation, and delivery of mail and packages. Please allow additional time for final delivery of your item.
UPS: UPS services in the southeastern part of the U.S. may be impacted by Post-Tropical Cyclone Helene. While UPS facilities are providing pickup and delivery services as conditions permit, some delays are possible.
FedEx: We are closely monitoring the progress of Hurricane Helene as it moves across the Southeastern United States. Our top priorities are the safety and well-being of our team members, as well as providing our customers with the highest level of service possible. Delays and disruptions are possible for inbound and outbound shipments in affected areas due to local conditions and restrictions. Contingency plans have been activated to provide service to the best of our ability in areas that can be safely accessed.
Ground Shipping
Ground Shipping is FREE1 for all orders shipping to addresses in the United States2 when you spend $50 or more, including orders containing oversized items3!
In addition, any orders placed by 12:00PM Eastern Monday – Friday will ship the same day4,5!
2nd Day Air Shipping
2nd Day Air Shipping is also available for an additional charge. Standard Orders shipped via 2nd Day Air cost $34.95 plus any applicable sales tax. Orders containing oversized items shipped via 2nd Day Air will be quoted at checkout.

The “Fine Print”
- Your product subtotal must be $50 or more after any discounts or promotions are applied to the items. If your product total falls below $50, Ground Shipping will cost $7.95 plus any applicable sales tax. Any sales tax applied to your purchase does not count towards the $50 minimum.
- Your address must be located within the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, or the US Virgin Islands to qualify for this offer.
- Orders containing oversized items like dollhouse kits, turntables, and room boxes cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We are unable to assign a specific carrier for your address.
- Orders placed on major holidays, as well as those containing dollhouse kits, additions, and turntables shipped by Real Good Toys will ship the next business day, even if they are placed before 12:00PM Eastern Monday – Friday.
Canadian Shipping
An order being shipped to Canada will ship via a trackable international service which should deliver in 2-5 business days. If you live in a rural area, this delivery window may be extended.
Import & Duties
Any applicable duties and GST, HST, or PST are included in the shipping charge for your order. The shipping charge for an order under $99.99 is $19.95, an order between $100.00 and $199.99 is $23.95, an order between $200.00 and $299.99 is $27.95 and an order over $300.00 is $18.95.
Important Shipping Information
- We must have a street address, postal code and daytime phone number of addressee. International Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. We are not responsible for local import duties, brokerage fees or taxes.
- Oversized Items, which may include dollhouses, room boxes, and other bulky or heavy items, are subject to additional shipping charges which will be quoted during the checkout process.
International Shipping
While we can ship to virtually any address in the world, some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, shipping charges will automatically be calculated at checkout, or when you order with our agents over the phone.
Import & Duties
The estimated shipping charges include all applicable duties, taxes, and carrier fees.
Important Shipping Information
- Your order will be shipped via a trackable service which should deliver in 2-5 business days.
- This delivery window is an estimate. If you live in a rural area or are outside of a major city, it may be extended by a few days.
- Please also note that carriers calculate shipping charges based on the "dimensional weight" of the shipment, rather than the weight of the minitures themselves. In most cases, dimensional weight is higher than the actual weight, which is why the shipping charges may be more than expected.
Return Policy
At miniatures.com, your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please follow the return process outlined below within thirty (30) days of placing and/or receiving your order. We’ll gladly refund the merchandise cost to the original form of payment.
If We Made an Error
If we shipped the wrong item or an item is broken, please contact us at support@miniatures.com or call us at 800.926.6464 within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. Please note that shipping a correct or replacement item after thirty (30) days will be handled at the discretion of miniatures.com.
If You Changed Your Mind
If you no longer want or need the product, please note the following:
- Returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the original order date.
- Some items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as Clearance/Final Sale
- Publications, including Shrunk Magazine
- Gift Certificates
- Any other item specified as ineligible for return
- Items sold in sets must be returned in their entirety.
- Dollhouse kits, additions, and turntables shipped by Real Good Toys must be returned directly to Real Good Toys. We’ll provide their shipping address and an RMA number when you contact us.
Important Notes
- Items being returned to Real Good Toys must be unopened to qualify for a refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
- Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
- Original and return shipping charges are not refundable.

Submitting a Return Request
- Log into your account on our website.
- Locate the order you wish to return and click the Return Items link.
- Note that you will not be able to submit a return request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded.
- Select the item(s) that you wish to return and specify the Quantity to Return, Return Reason and the Return Action. You may also leave a comment during this step.
- Submit the Return Request and you will see the Return Instructions to ship the item(s) back to us.
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- Within one business day you will receive another email with the RMA number to include on the box.
