Replacements due to lost or damaged merchandise must be reported by June 18, 2025. All requests for replacements will be based on inventory availability.

The “Fine Print”
- Your product subtotal must be $100 or more after any discounts or promotions are applied to the items. If your product total falls below $100, Ground Shipping will cost $7.95 plus any applicable sales tax. Any sales tax applied to your purchase does not count towards the $100 minimum.
- Your address must be located within the contiguous United States to qualify for this offer.
- Orders containing oversized items like dollhouse kits, turntables, and room boxes cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We are unable to assign a specific carrier for your address.
- Gift Cards do not count towards the $100.00 order minimum.
- Weather-related issues can cause your package delivery to be delayed.
- Your order will be shipped via a trackable service.
- This delivery window is an estimate. If you live in a rural area or are outside of a major city, it may be extended by a few days.
