Crafty extras:
The Retro Diner Counter is faced with a section of #7022 Red Oak Flooring. Measure and cut a 3 1/8" strip from the short end of the flooring sheet. Stain or finish as desired. Starting at one end, mark and carefully cut notches to fit over footrail supports. A binder clip will help hold the strip in place as you go. Trim off end and secure flooring strip to counter with strips of #992 Stik’M or carpet tape.
